Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our very important to us.  We ensure each item we ship is checked and packaged by one of our jewelers.  We cover any issues arising from normal wear and tear for a period of 1 year.  Beyond this period we recommend purchasing our Lifetime Protection Plan when you check out.  This additional protection allows you to rest with the peace of mind knowing that following repairs are covered:

• Retip and Rebuild Prongs
• Ring sizing (up or down 1 size once)
• Refinishing
• Polishing
• Rhodium plating
• Gemstone and Diamond tightening
• Chain and bracelet soldering

Please note work done by another jeweler will render our Lifetime Protection Plan void.  Please contact us with any questions for this warranty program at +1 (646) 854-2505.  After contacting us you may be requested to send in your jewelry items for inspection.  Customers from the USA would typically pay $30 for the shipping label.  Shipping for International customers will vary by country.
