1. What is your refund policy?

We look to delight all of our customers! We provide a 15 days refund policy. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased you can return it within 15 days from when you receive it. We will refund you 100% of the value given the jewelry item is in its original form.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Disclamier: Engraved jewelry items or Resized jewelry items are not eligible for returns.

2. How much will I be refunded for?

You will be refunded for 100% of the original purchase price so long as the product is in its original form. We also provide shipping to and from you to make the process simple and easy!

3. International Refund?

International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. Samaya Jewelry is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. Samaya Jewelry is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution.

4. How long will it take to process my refund?

It will take 3-4 weeks to process the refund from when you return the jewelry item. During that time we will receive the jewelry piece, inspect it and request our credit card processor to complete the refund.

5. How can I return my order?

6. How can I cancel or modify my order?

7. Can I order by phone?

8. How long will it take for me to get my order?

Typically you should receive your order within 3-5 working days from when you placed your order so long as the item is in stock and you are located within USA.

  • The shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department.
  • We suggest you check the estimated delivery date before placing the final order.
  • You can select the Delivery Method you prefer on the checkout page.
  • The Transit Time is the duration from when we ship an item to when it is delivered to you.

When you place an order with us, we will not be able to provide a specific delivery date and time immediately. However, once your package ships, the shipping carrier will set the delivery window. You will find this information in the "Order Shipped" email.

At times, the carrier may suspend weekend delivery services (Saturday Delivery). If available, you will be able to see this option on the checkout page.

9. What if I cannot find what I am looking for on your site?

If you have crossed the 15 day window, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. You can also make use of the services covered under our Lifetime Warranty, but you will have to bear the shipping charges both ways, along with insurance.

We offer the following complimentary services under our Lifetime Warranty:

  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry.
  • Gemstone or diamond tightening.
  • Rhodium re-plating.
  • Ring resizing.

10. Insure Your Return Shipment

We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full purchase value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

For cases when you are not using our free service (e.g., free return label quota already met, or returning for resizing, cleaning, or repairs outside of 15 days), we offer expedited return shipping. If you decide to ship the package yourself, you will not be charged for a re-shipping label since you are already covering the one-way shipping costs. However, if you want us to provide the label, there is a $35 (plus taxes) fee for one-way shipping within the US and $50 for international shipments. Re-shipping costs will be borne by us.
